The Good Old Days Festival is held annually in honor and in memory of Lawrence “Bud” Kern, former Little League President and Chairperson of the Somers Point Recreation Commission. To further perpetuate the good works of Mr. Kern the Good Old Days Festival Organizing Committee annual recognizing an outstanding business person in the community who has given their money, time or talents to support the Festival specifically and the community in general.
